Pokey the Penguin - If you thought that Thwack! was insane, clearly you've not ready Pokey the Penguin. Words simply cannot describe the madness that is this comic. Truly a huge inspiration to me and proof that all you need to make a good web comic is MS Paint and a private train of associations.

Elftor - Along the lines of Pokey the Penguin, except it makes sense.

MegaTokyo - Damn. Qualiteee. Perhaps the best if not the only decent shounen romance / action web comic in existenece. If I had to make a checklist of things that you need to do right to have a great web comic, MegaTokyo would have them all checked off. PH34R the comic!

Penny Arcade - I just have to.

Ein Stück Natur - More personal inspiration. Vin is probably the most talented self-hating web comic artist in the world. His humor is similarly "slightly off" just like mine, though I think he certainly takes more liberties with it. That and he has a scanner, so he can actually draw his comic. Even though he doesn't. Anymore.
